The Victoria Mall Plaza is a mixed-use development located in the central business district of Victoria Island, Lagos. The design embraces innovation, emanating in building with a stylish cosmopolitan flair. One that truly compliments, elevates and accentuates the affluent mix that characterises Victoria Island. These first two phases of the development comprise of a residential tower, offices and retail space (plus car parking spaces). A third component - VMP 3 (currently in pre-construction phase) will eventually complete this landmark development. Collectively, the three buildings will create a sophisticated mix of uses that sparks a wonderful synergy.
Victoria Mall Plaza 2 is otherwise known as KPMG Tower as it functions as the headquarters of KPMG accounting. The building is part of a mixed-use development located in the central business district of Victoria Island, Lagos.
